Meet the Team
Owner/Master Technician Colby Ratliff. He been in the RV repair business since 2013 and have worked for the big-name RV companies in Texas and one in Florida. He has since decided to make his knowledge and skills available to those who are not able to bring their RVs into a shop to get diagnosed, repaired, and winterized. He RVIA certified level 4 technician. With his many years in the business, he has built relationships with vendors to be able to get the same materials, if not better ones than they use in brick-and-mortar service shops.
Co-owner/Office Manager Sheryl Ratliff. With over 6 years’ experience streamlining office operations and fostering collaborative environments, Sheryl is responsible for scheduling, ordering needed parts and materials, and customer relations. Sheryl continues to be the cornerstone of the office environment, upholding the values of teamwork and excellence that defines our company culture.
Technician John Cotton. He brings over 15 years of in-depth expertise to his role as lead RV Technician at Ratliff’s Mobile RV Repair, where he specializes in both routine maintenance and complex repairs of RVs. Since joining our team in 2023, John has become renewed for his meticulous attention to detail, comprehensive problem-solving skills, and an unrivaled knowledge of the latest RV technologies.
